OVH was worked in October 2006, pursuit a successful stock transfer from Sefton MBC; operating as a not-for-profit organisation, regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing. OVH is part of The Sovini Group which was worked in December 2011. OVH were recognised as one of the weightier organisations to work for in the UK, having personal top spot in The Sunday Times Top 100 List and UK Great Workplaces. In 2014, EFQM named us as the weightier organisation in Europe for subtracting value to customers. OVH is graded ‘G1’ for Governance and ‘V1’ for Viability, the highest possible grading given by the Regulator for Social Housing.
